2) How we use information
We use personal information to:
§ Provide and operate the Services, including account creation/management and customer support.
§ Communicate with you (service notices, responses to inquiries, optional marketing with your consent/opt-in as required).
§ Improve and secure the Services, including debugging, auditing, and preventing fraud and abuse.
§ Comply with law and enforce our agreements.
Legal bases (EEA/UK/Switzerland): performance of a contract, our legitimate interests (running, improving, and securing the Services), compliance with legal obligations, and—where required—your consent.
3) How we disclose information
We disclose personal information only as follows:
§ Service providers/processors: e.g., website hosting, email delivery, customer support tools, and (if enabled) basic analytics. These parties are bound by contract to use information only to provide services to us.
§ Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

§ Blocking cookies may impact certain features.
§ For more details, see our Cookie Notice (link in footer) once enabled.
5) Social logins (if used)
If we later offer sign-in via a third-party platform (e.g., Google, Facebook), we will receive limited profile information from that provider (typically name and email). We use the information to authenticate your account and provide the Services. Your use of a social login is also governed by that provider’s privacy policy. (If we do not enable social login, this section does not apply.)
6) Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, comply with legal/recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify the information. If deletion is not immediately possible (e.g., backups), we will securely store and isolate it until deletion.

We implement reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect personal information (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls). However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Use the Services in a secure environment and notify us promptly if you suspect any misuse.
